TYREPLUS Chinese New Year promotion campaign

With the annual Chinese New Year travel rush fast approaching, hundreds of thousands of Malaysians will be hitting the roads and highways nationwide to ‘balik kampung’ or to visit popular tourist spots.

To ensure safe travel, TYREPLUS, the one-stop auto services provider, is encouraging vehicle owners to service and check the brakes, lights and tyres are all in good condition. Before their holiday road trip, customers should get an in- depth consultation and thorough inspection of the vehicles at TYREPLUS by highly-qualified and knowledgeable professionals.

TYREPLUS is encouraging Malaysian drivers to explore their top-quality products, specifically Michelin tyres. Through a promotional campaign, TYREPLUS will be giving away limited-edition Bibendum collectibles, while stocks last, to customers who purchase a minimum of two Michelin tyres.

Mostly known in Malaysia as the ‘Michelin Man’, the Bibendum (or Bib for short), is the tubby white mascot that has been the beloved face of the Michelin brand since 1898. This collector’s series comprises four distinctive “Bibendum” figures worth RM59.90 each. The first one will be released at TYREPLUS Malaysia outlets beginning 15 January 2018. The rest will follow every quarter throughout the year.

“Nothing is more important than the safety of our customers, and there is nothing more important to them than the safety of their families. That’s why TYREPLUS takes the utmost care in providing the highest quality products recommended by experts. I hope Malaysians will visit TYREPLUS and check out the wide range of Michelin tyres available in anticipation of the Chinese New Year celebration. Not only will they get the chance to bring home unique Bibendum memorabilia but also prep for the long-awaited exodus home to ensure that they get to their destination safely,” Mr. Nouvellon added.
